Why companies fail at adopting AI, and how to make sure yours doesn't

Most companies already use AI. Only a few see a real effect on profit. Everyone has the same tools, so the tool is not what makes the difference. The company behind it is.

I built a company OS, a second brain, for my own business and found out the hard way that the software was 10% of the work. The other 90% was changing the company: how knowledge gets captured instead of leaking out through inboxes and heads, who owns which process, and how decisions are recorded so AI can actually use them.

My talk at EcomExpo 2026 is not about tools. It is about what has to change in a company before any AI system can multiply it, told through real failures. It ends with concrete first steps: what to fix, in which order, and what to do on Monday morning.

Let's talk about your company

If the talk got you thinking about your own team, book a discovery call. We will look at where your company's knowledge already lives and what it would take to put it to work.

It starts with an audit.

We transformed our own companies first. Now we do it for yours.
